The entire range of construction and assembly operations can be divided into several phases. The order of construction operations can sometimes change depending upon construction materials and solutions. All of the construction stages must be pegged to specific dates and described in the construction plan. Therefore, it is necessary to specify the obligations of the contractor pertaining to the scope, sequence, and deadlines of operations, and distribute funds for the timely completion of each construction phase

The main construction phases include:

1. Preparatory stage;
2. Groundwork- foundation work;
3. Main cycle- house construction;
4. Installation of communications (often carried out simultaneously with the construction)
5. Interior furnishing;
6. Landscaping
7. Completion phase. Interior decoration.
