Classical construction

The classical construction technology using bricks and reinforced concrete is not only considered to be the most prestigious one, but also the best option for the construction of multistoried townhouses or country houses. As a rule, cast reinforced concrete is used for the foundation, whereas walls can be made completely of brick or have cast concrete supporting structures, which is integrated with the foundation with metal fittings. The main operations in a construction site include the placing and installation of forms and fittings into their specified position, concrete placement and consolidation, concrete curing throughout the setting process, post-stressing, and deinstallation of forms after concrete has reached the required strength. Bricks and concrete are environmentally friendly materials with high heat and sound insulation levels. Brick houses are durable, weatherproof and humidity resistant. The main advantages of the classical construction technology include:

  • Long operation with no need for maintenance or repair;
  • Environmental safety of materials;
  • Fire safety;
  • Durability and endurance of brick houses as investments;
  • Broad architectural possibilities and visual appeal;
  • High heat insulation rates enable owners to save on heating.
