Extra expences

We suggest you to acquaint with extra expenses which you will probably face buying real estate in Greece:

• the fee of attorney (1% if does not exceed 44 020 € and 0,5% if above this amount).
• the notary fee is 1,2% from contract price.
• and the realtor' s fee (including consulting services) is usually 3% from the real value of the real estate.
• The rate of registration fee of purchased real estate is 0,475% from contract price.
• tax expenditures (3% from cadastral value of the object).
